Dear Call-Center in India

As this was the third call from a Callcenter (obviously in India or so) to my *German* phonnumber:

* Yes, I do speak English.
* Yes, I have a hard time understanding YOUR English, specially if you talk fast.
* Yes, I am in charge here.
* No, I am not interested in investing.
* If only 200 people were in the same room making phone calls and not 500, I might understand you.
* If 90% of the sound I heard was niot white noise, I'd also understand what you say
* ....and please don't call me again (although it is great that you call me during my *day* - but on a Sunday? ;) )

  1. Das Konzept der Zeitzonen scheint da manchmal unbekannt zu sein. Wir hatten auch bei einem der großen Provider mit Callcenter in Indien das Problem, daß die da zu beliebigen Zeiten in Europ angerufen haben. Im Ticketsystem wurde dann brav dokumentiert "Kunden telefonisch nicht erreicht". Kunststück wenn man um 03:00 Ortszeit anruft, da schlafen die Kunden im Allgemeinen.

    1. Na, Kunden in berlin schlafen nie, bzw. vom 0600 bis 1400 ;)

    2. Ich sags mal diplomatisch, bei manchen Kunden ist man wirklich froh, daß sie ab und an noch schlafen :)
      24/7 haben wir genug.
