Crowdsourced Twitter Netiquette (It gets on my nerves if people in Twitter ...) - MindMeister Mind Map
Just yesterday I read an article, that nobody should tellothers how to use twitter. (Not sure if I bookmarked it.)
OTOH people google 'twitter netiquette' and arrive here on the blog.
As I follow a strict policy of 'SOCC' (service orietented content creation' here you go: I offer you to edit this mindmap (or add to the comments) and add your own irritations with others on Twitter.
I still think that etiquette and 'not geting on peples nerves' matter, when you use whatever channel.
OTOH I also say: You are the only person responsoble for what you see on Twitter. if someone gets on your nerves: unfollow. (I even had some 'firnds' unfollow me cause I tweet too much: thats kismet ;) )
