What about this suggestion:
* del.icio.us/tag/blogabuse
* del.icio.us/tag/feedabuse
If we don't fight back the blogosphere will be as unuseable as e-mail soon.
* Tagging via delicious makes more sense than via technorati, as I would have to blog the blog and tag MY entry that way.
* Search engines and feedreaders could be modified to act on such tagging if it is not done by only one person
* each reader could set their own tolerance thresholds.
